Our History
Our story began when Vince and Mary Ellen DeLong opened a small Western-themed restaurant in 1967. The DeLong's had originally intended to lease the building to someone with a background in the food and beverage industry. However, they wound up running the restaurant themselves when a lessee backed out of the deal at the last minute. With no restaurant experience, they hired a manager to operate the restaurant when it opened in 1968. Soon, they learned that the only way for the operation to be successful was to have the family in the business. Many of the original recipes came from family members, friends, and employees. Business was brisk, with guests having to wait up to three hours for a seat on many nights.
Our Services
Today, we're proud to offer a wide range of services and amenities that cater to the needs of our guests. Our hotel features 106 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, each equipped with modern amenities and comforts. We also have a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor heated pool, a whirlpool, a dry sauna, and a large garden-like Atrium area with billiards and games.
Our dining options are equally impressive, with the Longbranch Restaurant serving up delicious American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also have a lounge and cafe near the pool, perfect for unwinding with a drink or snack. When it comes to events, we have a grand ballroom and several meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 425 guests, making us the perfect venue for weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
