Poor Customer Service and Overpriced Food
The reviews of The Cascades restaurant at the Stanley Hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with several customers expressing disappointment and frustration with their dining experiences.
Sara Mosca was one of the few customers who had a positive experience, thanks to their server Zoe, who went above and beyond to make their evening pleasant. However, this was not the case for most customers.
Lori Yeager had a terrible experience, citing poor customer service and overpriced food. She was disappointed that her original table request was not honored, and the hostess was unprofessional and dismissive. The food was also subpar, with one of the dishes being overcooked and another being dropped off without any explanation.
Riz Legaspi was also disappointed with their experience, citing poor quality food and overpriced drinks. They were impressed with their server Yasmin, but the atmosphere was lacking and the food was a massive disappointment.
Dani Diaz had a similar experience, praising the bar's mocktails but criticizing the food as not being worth the price. They noted that the restaurant is overpriced simply because of its location in the historic Stanley Hotel.
