A Family Affair

Our story began when husband and wife team, Seth Shannahan Jewell and Corwin T. Jewell, founded Shoreline Realty in 1976. They opened their first office in an 18th-century house belonging to the Talbot County Historical Society. Mrs. Jewell's son, Bob Shannahan, joined the company in 1978 as an associate broker. With Bob's addition to the team, Shoreline Realty began to flourish, developing a reputation for handling properties of character in all price ranges. Over the years, the company has continued to evolve, with new agents joining the team and the company adapting to the changing real estate landscape.
