Our Story
Our story began over 30 years ago, when Charles "Chuck" Timberlake opened the doors to Timberlake & Associates, offering tax preparation services to local businesses and consumers. Over the years, Mr. Timberlake became a trusted friend, mentor, and confidant to many of his clients. In 2008, Mr. Timberlake sold the company to M&M Financial, Inc., which continued to operate Timberlake & Associates under the guidance of its founders. Today, M&M Financial, still operating as Timberlake & Associates, has evolved into a full-service financial services and consulting firm, positioning itself as Central Ohio's leader for outsourced business finance & operations services and the area's most affordable personal tax preparers.

- Josh Schooley: Payroll Guru & IT Ninja Whether you've got a small payroll or 400 employees, Josh will get you on track with that mess. Unemployment or workers compensation issues? No worries, Josh will tackle it. He also handles our IT Services division and loves coffee.
- Christine Tunanidis: The Mad Greek With over 30 years of finance and legal experience, Christine is our resident corporate tax & tax law expert. Don't have a P&L and Balance Sheet for your taxes? Christine will make sure you're prepared.
