We offer two spacious floor plans, each designed to provide ample living space and modern amenities. Our one-bedroom floor plan features 730 square feet of living space, while our two-bedroom floor plan offers 930 square feet. Each apartment home is equipped with a spacious kitchen, generous closet space, and private patios and balconies.
Pet Policy
Orange Creek Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community! We welcome both cats and dogs under 35 pounds. Residents can have one dog and one cat or two cats, but they cannot have two dogs in the same apartment home. There is a $500 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per cat or dog. Maximum of two pets per apartment home.
