Sean Austin's review highlights a series of unprofessional interactions with the law firm's staff, including being hung up on by a consultation representative and being disputed by another representative about the incident. This lack of respect and empathy from the firm's staff did not leave a good impression.

Jennifer Martin's review criticizes Mr. Bos for his failure to effectively represent her in court, leading to a prolonged case and further damage to her situation. She felt misled by his initial enthusiasm and professionalism, which gave way to negligence and inaction once the case went to trial.
Abandonment and Bad Business Practices
Paul A.'s review is particularly scathing, as he recounts being left in the dark by Mr. Palmer, who initially failed to deliver on commitments and then attempted to charge him twice for the same services. When confronted about the issues, Mr. Palmer simply "quit".
