Poor Experience at Ahwatukee FMC

Unreliable Provider

Nikki Brown, who gave the practice a 1-star rating, shared her disappointing experience with her provider. She mentioned that her provider never followed up on her lab results, even after multiple requests. Additionally, she was charged for two visits, one of which was not covered by her insurance. Brown decided to terminate her contract and start looking for a new provider.

Rude Staff
