Red Flags and Concerns
Multiple reviewers have expressed issues with the company, Innovative Real Estate Strategies (IRES). Chris G. and Stefan Meneses both had negative experiences with the company. Chris G. reported being denied a rental application despite having good credit and a stable financial situation. He felt that the company was unprofessional and did not provide a valid reason for the denial. Stefan Meneses shared a similar experience, describing the company as a "hellzone" and stating that they prioritized cashing checks over providing good service.
Poor Management
Stefan Meneses also described the management of the home they rented from IRES as unresponsive and unwilling to provide assistance with maintenance issues. He reported being told to either fix the problems themselves or lose their security deposit. Additionally, he felt that the company was not transparent about the condition of the home and did not provide adequate support.
Misleading Practices
Chris G. accused IRES of having misleading practices, stating that they did not disclose the true condition of the home they were renting. He also reported that the company required a double deposit from his family, which he felt was illegal.
Positive Experiences
However, Reid Demyan and Briana Sapienza had positive experiences with IRES. Reid Demyan praised Brandy White Elk and Terri Grayson White Elk for their assistance in securing an office and home in a short amount of time. Briana Sapienza similarly praised Brandy and Terri for making the process of buying and selling her home smooth and easy.
