Communication Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the communication style of the office staff, including the receptionist and office manager. Lupita's experience was particularly upsetting as she was told it was okay to book an appointment with secondary insurance, only to be denied further down the line. Kristen Fiedor's appointment was cancelled due to an outstanding payment, which was unexpectedly required, and she felt the office manager was unprofessional in dealing with her situation.
Poor Patient Care
Traveling Tales had a traumatic experience at the office, citing Dr. Rizzo as condescending, rude, and unprofessional. They felt unheard and didn't receive proper treatment for their pain. Carolina Sacchi also had a series of unfortunate events, including a filling that caused pain, a misdiagnosis, and ongoing issues with the office attempting to charge her for services she didn't complete.
Positive Experiences
Despite the negative comments, Markisha Tillman had a very positive experience with Dr. Rizzo and the staff. They praised the doctor's listening skills, honesty, and empathy.
