The resident service office was praised for their prompt response to an emergency request, and the maintenance guy, Francisco, was commended for his excellent work and thoughtful approach. However, one reviewer expressed severe concerns about their safety due to a noise and harassment issue with their upstairs neighbor, who was eventually arrested for aggravated sexual assault.
