Quality of Rooms

Several reviewers reported issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. Joccy Alfaro mentioned that the room was dirty, had roaches, and the TV was not working. Jacquelyn Paul encountered a filthy room with animal hair and stains on the rug, floors, and furniture. Aline did not have a pleasant experience with the room, citing dirty floors and stains on the covers. S. Howard had a terrible experience with his room, describing it as soiled, dusty, and dirty, with stains and a broken bed frame.

Check-in Experience

S. Howard had a disastrous experience with the front desk staff, describing them as unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. Jacquelyn Paul mentioned that her in-laws had a similar experience, with the staff not being welcoming or friendly.

Pool Area

Joccy Alfaro mentioned that the pool area was great for kids and seemed clean, but this was the only positive comment regarding the hotel's facilities.

Other Issues

Joccy Alfaro also mentioned issues with overbooking and a lack of willingness to accommodate guests' requests for room changes. Aline mentioned that the hotel cancels reservations without notification, leaving guests without a place to stay. S. Howard had issues with the hotel's photos being misleading and having to pay for housekeeping daily despite the poor condition of the room.
