Our Company
Established in 1997, Generations Construction is a family-owned and operated business that has followed in the footsteps of four generations of Grisez family home builders in Mid and Northeast Ohio. We are proud to have been recognized as the Home Builders Association of Dayton's Builder of the Year in 2016.
Our Team

- Ken Grisez, who handles all construction estimating and production activities for the company, and is known for his attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Jeff Grisez, our CEO, who handles all accounting, business planning, and customer service for our company. He is dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and quality homes.
- Cindy Lieberman, our Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Interior Designer, who handles sales, marketing, and customer service. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with NavX Realty.
- Rex Hicks, our construction 'punch out' coordinator, who is responsible for site organization, material storage, and other site activities.

We hand-select the best tradespeople in the Dayton area to construct our homes, and work closely with our sub-contractors to ensure that our homes are built with the finest materials and products. Our staff is committed to treating every new home site with respect and care, and our homes are designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living space for our customers.

We offer two options for our customers: our Value Engineering process, which involves selecting from our sophisticated floor plans and value-engineered options, or our Design and Build process, which allows customers to work with our designers to create a custom home that meets their unique needs and preferences.
