With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Texas Southern University, I have honed my skills in the insurance industry, earning numerous awards and recognition for my achievements.

Excellent Customer Service
The staff at Bert Simmons' State Farm office have received praise for their excellent customer service. Lolita Johnson was particularly mentioned for her helpfulness and responsiveness. Lance also received high praise for his service, staying on the phone with a customer to run quotes and get their second car insured at a reasonable price.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, many customers have had negative experiences with the office. Some have reported difficulty in getting help with their insurance, with staff being unresponsive and unhelpful. Prices have been reported to increase every 6 months, even for customers with clean records. The office has been accused of being money-hungry and only caring about getting payments.
Rude Staff and Poor Communication
