Our Approach

At Strength of Life Counseling Services, we believe that each individual's strength for life can be drained due to personal or relational struggles. We understand that when individuals experience symptoms that disrupt their daily functioning and relationships, they may have lost their sense of self or never had a significant understanding of who they are in God's eyes. Our approach is centered around the belief that a relationship with God and knowledge of who one is in His eyes is essential for understanding oneself and experiencing an optimal life.

Services

We offer a range of services, including counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Our experienced counselors are trained to work with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more. We provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as workshops and speaking engagements. Our counselors work with issues such as general anxiety, panic attacks, social fears, current or past trauma, ongoing depression, bipolar disorder, specific childhood disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, marital conflict, affair recovery, divorce recovery, parent-child conflict, blended family challenges, sexual addiction, codependency, sexual abuse, and spiritual problems.

Our counselors have varied training and clinical experiences, and we work with a range of issues to help individuals, couples, and families achieve optimum spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational health.

Telehealth Counseling

At Strength of Life Counseling Services, we understand that not everyone has access to in-person counseling services. That's why we offer Telehealth counseling, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

New Clients

Welcome to Strength of Life Counseling Services! We're glad you've taken the first step towards seeking help. Our initial session is a 60-minute evaluation, where we'll get to know you and understand your needs. Our subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. Be sure to bring any required forms with you to your first appointment.
