Staff and Customer Service
Harborstone apartments have received numerous accolades for their exceptional staff and customer service. Many reviewers have praised the leasing consultants, maintenance teams, and property managers for their helpfulness, efficiency, and kind demeanor. Specifically, Lauren, Lindy, Rachel Bryson, and Adrianna have been mentioned multiple times for their excellent service.
Amenities and Living Experience
Reviewers have been impressed with the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere of the complex, as well as the excellent amenities and facilities. The area is described as clean and safe, with kids playing in the vicinity. The maintenance team has also been praised for their prompt and efficient response to residents' issues.
Concerns and Negative Experiences
However, not all reviews have been positive. Two reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with their experience. S. Scotty reported having a horrible maintenance response, including a prolonged humidity and mold issue that was ignored until the lease expired. Brown Sugar & Curls had issues with non-functional gates and very inconsiderate neighbors, as well as poor customer service from the rental office. Ryan Thornton mentioned feeling misled by incorrect information provided during the application process, which led to a negative experience.
