Community and Amenities
The community at Waterford at Mandarin is nicely landscaped, making it a pleasure to walk around. The maintenance team is top-notch and always happy to lend a hand. However, the gates to the apartment complex frequently break down, leading to delays in getting in and out of the complex.
Parking and Pest Control
Parking is scarce, and semi-trucks and trailers are often parked near the buildings. Pest control is an ongoing issue, with frequent calls to handle apartment bugs.
Staff and Management
The office staff are always nice and professional, with Von, the Property Manager, going above and beyond to make things right whenever there's an issue. Lindsey, a staff member, is particularly praised for her excellent service.
Noise and Disputes
Some residents have experienced noise complaints and disputes with neighbors, including those who don't abide by the rules. Trash and pet rules are often not followed, leading to fines and reminders from management.
