Closing Services
Our experienced attorneys specialize in real estate closings, including cash closings, lender financed closings, REO closings, and refinances. We have an agent for one of the nation's largest title underwriters, and our full title services include obtaining title searches, providing O&E Reports, ordering lien and code searches, obtaining estoppel information from homeowner/condominium associations, and ordering pay-offs and surveys.
We also provide electronic closings, which enable buyers and lenders to easily communicate and review documents online. Once all documents are signed, we coordinate and schedule the closing with all parties, prepare the required closing documents, including the deed and HUD-1 settlement statement.
Unauthorized Access
A reviewer, Stefan Vanatoru, shares a negative experience with a law firm. He received an unsolicited email from the firm, despite having no contract or agreement with them. According to Stefan, the law firm had accessed his personal information, but failed to provide any evidence of a retainer or contract to justify their actions.
