Our History
Kemper Engineering Services was established in 2006 as a post-Katrina reorganization of Kemper Imageering. Our main operation is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, one of the top cities for engineering in the US, with ties to petrochemical, transportation, and fabrication. We also operate in Franklin, Louisiana, to better support our marine, offshore, and agricultural clients. Our consultants support our operations in Louisiana, Texas, and Colorado.

Our Team
Our team is led by Krista Krcper Kemper, President and Owner, who has extensive experience in codes and standards development and compliance, quality assurance/quality control, strategic planning, international operations, and multi-discipline team management. Our team also includes Bart Kemper, P.E., DFE, F.ASME, F.NSPE, Principal Engineer, who has expertise in mechanical design, structures, pressure vessels, PVHO, failure analysis, FMEA, solid modeling, FEA, CFD, fluid dynamics, kinematics, accident reconstruction, forensic engineering, force protection/security engineering, artificial intelligence, and blast and ballistics.
Our Expertise
