Positive: People who have had positive experiences with therapists, such as Jonathan Weber and Matt, found their therapy to be helpful.
Negative: However, many reviewers experienced poor therapy outcomes due to ineffective communication, lack of effort, and unprofessional behavior from some therapists.

Negative Experiences

Many reviewers have had poor experiences with therapists in the Spokane area. Keith L. had a terrible time with Wyatt O'dell, who failed to establish a proper rapport and instead exploited his clients' trust. Wyatt was accused of narcissistic abuse and blame-shifting.

Deitrek Molett had a positive experience with Jonathan Weber, who was helpful and open-minded, but the majority of negative experiences outweigh the positive ones. Private User praised Matt, but it's unclear if he is related to the group being reviewed. Powderhawk S. had issues with the director Jill at the location where their daughter received therapy, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of concern for patients' needs over making a profit.

Ineffective Therapy

Therapy is often criticized for being ineffective, with Wyatt O'dell being accused of using blame-shifting and gaslighting. Some therapists are unwilling to listen to their clients and instead push their own biases. This lack of effective communication and lack of effort in understanding the clients' needs leads to poor outcomes.

Unprofessional Behavior

Some therapists, like Wyatt O'dell and Jill, are accused of being unprofessional and more concerned with making a profit than helping their patients. This can lead to feelings of exploitation and mistrust.
