Positive Experiences
Some reviewers have had fantastic experiences at Rockridge Chiropractic. Ari Cohen rated the office 5 stars, praising the skilled and kind staff. M. Garcia has been a patient since 2004 and has always felt welcome, with the chiropractors providing life-saving adjustments. Patty Munoz also gave a 5-star review, praising both Dr. Ross and Dr. Frederick, as well as the friendly front desk staff.
Negative Experiences
However, not all reviewers have had positive experiences. Petewonder had a poor experience with Dr. Frederick, who was running late, rushed through the appointment, and injured them during the treatment. Eulalea Cardenaz was overcharged and felt that the office was shady about the billing. Shauna Wright did not feel any different after her appointment and had issues with incorrect billing.
