Dirty Office and Poor Communication
The overall experience of the patients at Dr. Sams' office is concerning. Natalie Oros, who rated the office 1 star, had a terrible experience with Dr. Sams. She scheduled an emergency root canal appointment, but after the procedure, Dr. Sams never followed up or called her to reschedule the permanent crown. Instead, he pocketed over $2,000 from her. She later discovered that he had broken a file in her root during the procedure and had to have the root canal re-done. The office is also dirty, with outdated and broken equipment.
Mixed Reviews
On the other hand, many patients have had positive experiences with Dr. Sams. Sara Mungit, Halsey Hyer, Dan Donovan, Danielle LaRoche, Chrissie Uduezue, Kelly Handlovitch, and Kimberly Flaherty-Dineley all gave the office 5 stars. They praised Dr. Sams' bedside manner, ability to fit them in on short notice, and affordable prices. Some patients even credited him with saving their teeth or relieving their pain.
Problems
However, despite the positive reviews, there are some common issues that arise. Many patients mentioned that Dr. Sams is the only person at the office, without a hygienist or front desk staff. This can lead to delays and confusion. Additionally, some patients felt that the office was dirty and outdated.
