Management Issues
The Edge has had its fair share of management issues, with some authors experiencing poor customer service, lack of communication, and threatening letters. Jk had a terrible experience with the current management company, which they claim is more interested in predatory theft than being helpful. A. M.-Jackson also had a poor experience with the management, citing a lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff.
Positive Aspects
On the other hand, some authors have had positive experiences with the management and staff. Nick Leone praised Amanda in the front office, saying she was very helpful and accommodating. Brian Mclanahan also had a positive experience with the onsite manager, who was super responsive to his needs.
Living Experience
The living experience at The Edge has both its pros and cons. Ngoc Minh Nguyen had a great experience living there, citing a friendly and helpful management team, fast and effective maintenance, and a wonderful time with the Edge. Dastardly Penguin also had a pleasant experience, praising the roommate matching, quick maintenance, and great layout of the complex. However, A. M.-Jackson mentioned that there is no shuttle to campus, and the place has lots of dog poop with little effort to clean it up.
Value for Money
While some authors have praised the value for money, others have mentioned that other places nearby are cheaper and have shuttles. A. M.-Jackson mentioned that he got a good deal on a private condo, but overall, the value for money is not the best.

Overall, The Edge has a mixed reputation, with some authors having great experiences and others having terrible ones. While the management has been an issue for some, others have praised the staff and services.
