Our salon is conveniently situated on the lower level near JCPenney and Armani Collezioni, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. We are proud to offer a wide range of services, from basic manicures and pedicures to advanced nail art and spa treatments. Our goal is to provide our clients with an exceptional experience that enhances their natural beauty and promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.

Our Services

At Europe Nails & Spa, we offer a diverse range of services designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients. Our services include:

  • Natural Nails: We offer a variety of natural nail care services, including basic manicures, gel polish manicures, and dipping powder. Our heated gloves, cuticle care lotion, and nail massage are sure to leave your hands feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
  • Artificial Nails: Our artificial nail services include full sets, refills, and a variety of styles and colors. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure lasting durability and a natural look and feel. From classic French tips to intricate nail art, our team of skilled technicians can create a custom look that's perfect for any occasion.
  • Spa Pedicures: Our spa pedicures are designed to provide the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. Our European whirlpools feature warm, bubbling water and aromatherapy to soothe your senses. Our signature pedicure includes toenail and cuticle care, callus buffing, sea salt lotion massage, and hot towel wraps. We also offer gel polish pedicures for long-lasting shine and durability.
  • Additional Services: In addition to our nail care and spa services, we also offer a variety of additional services, including waxing, eyelash extensions, and regular polish changes. Our team of skilled technicians is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that each client leaves feeling refreshed, relaxed, and satisfied.

Safety and Sanitation

At Europe Nails & Spa, we understand the importance of safety and sanitation in our salon. We take every precaution to ensure that our implements, equipment, and electrical instruments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use. Our staff is trained to follow a strict sanitization protocol that puts the cleanliness of our clients as the number one priority.

We use disposable liners for all pedicure procedures and discard buffers and files after each use. We also use only one-time-use files and buffers for our nail services. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for all of our clients.

Appointments and Arrivals

We encourage our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for parking and check-in. We hold appointments for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, after which we consider it a "no-show" and may give away the appointment. We ask that our clients respect the schedules of our other clients and arrive on time for their appointments.

Policies

We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. If there is any miscommunication or dispute that leads to dissatisfaction, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue before you leave the salon.

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift card sales are final.

For Your Protection

We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles or items on the premises. We request that young children who are not receiving services must be supervised by an adult and remain in the waiting area.

Negative Experiences

Several reviewers have had negative experiences at Europe Nails. Hanna Shoemaker, one of the reviewers, had a particularly disastrous experience. She went to get a nail design done, but the technician did not cure the acrylic properly, resulting in severe chipping and breaking. When she returned to the salon to try to fix the issue, the manager was unhelpful and rude. Eddy Theel also had a bad experience, in which he was charged for acrylics he did not want and the technician did not properly apply the gel. The acrylics ended up breaking and damaging his nails. Liz W. was also unhappy with her experience, stating that the salon charged full price for her 8-year-old daughter's pedicure, despite not providing a real pedicure.

Positive Experiences

On the other hand, several reviewers have had overwhelmingly positive experiences at Europe Nails. J. Walt's wife loves going to the salon and sees the same technician, Nancy, every time. She praises Nancy's skill and cleanliness of the salon. Meghan Bryte has been going to the salon for years and highly recommends it, stating that the technicians are welcoming and willing to do any design. Kelsey Broadright and Courtney also had great experiences, praising the customer service and quality of work. Angel Light loves the convenience of the salon and is always satisfied with her gel pedi and dip mani.
