Meet Our Staff
Our practice is proud to have a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care. Our team includes:
- Dr. Eric Higgins: Dr. Higgins is a native of Pennsylvania and a graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School. He attended Bucknell University where he was awarded a degree in biochemistry and earned three varsity letters playing football for the Bison. Dr. Higgins Graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2005 and immediately began working as a dentist in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. He participates in numerous hours of continuing education programs each year, focusing on family, cosmetic and implant dentistry.
- Dr. Christine Higgins: Dr. Christine Higgins is a Pennsylvania native and graduated from Blue Mountain Area High School. She later graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Science and a minor in Psychology. Dr. Christine graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University School of Dentistry and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She later completed a General Practice Residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg where she advanced her training and skills.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with Higgins Dentistry. One reviewer, Kirsten Castor, gave the office 1 star and described the staff as rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. She lost her records, was treated poorly, and was accused of being under her mother's insurance plan. She had to pay for services that were not covered.
Another reviewer, Marcelino Seymour, also gave the office 1 star. He had a disastrous experience with his lower denture, which did not fit properly and was defective. Despite multiple attempts to redo the denture, the doctor refused to call him back and maintain the integrity of the service. Marcelino felt that the doctor was more concerned with his own profits than with providing quality service.
Unsatisfactory Experience
On the other hand, Chuck Rohrer had a positive experience with Higgins Dentistry. He gave the office 5 stars and praised the staff for being friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He appreciated the doctor's explanation of procedures and ensured that he was happy with the services.
