Disappointing Experience
The reviews highlight the disappointment and frustration of two individuals who had negative experiences with a specific company. They both expressed their dissatisfaction with the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and treatment of the community.
Lack of Communication
According to Timothy Gervais, one of the company's work trucks was involved in a hit-and-run accident on his vehicle. Despite his repeated attempts to reach out to the company over the phone, he never received a response. This lack of communication has led him to prepare a court case against the company.
Bias and Discrimination
Jeff Janulis expresses his disappointment not only with the company's work but also with the lack of diversity on the job site. He believes that the company's failure to include Black workers on a project in a predominantly African American neighborhood is an insult and a sign of bias. The condition of the streets after the project is also causing him concern.
