Poor Experience with Established Office
It appears that the author, Chris Smith, had a disappointing experience with this establishment. They scheduled an appointment for a week ago, but when they received the bill, it showed a one-month supply instead of the two-month supply they had expected. Despite numerous phone calls and assurances, the issue was not resolved. The author became frustrated with the lack of communication and escalation, and even attempted to schedule an in-person visit. Unfortunately, the matter was not resolved during their interaction.
Positive Experiences with Covid Testing
On the other hand, several authors had positive experiences with the Covid testing portion of the establishment. They praised the efficient and organized process, friendly staff, and quick results. Some authors noted that the testing site was well-managed and did not feel like a long wait, despite the actual wait times. One author even appreciated the staff's patience with their child who was having trouble with the test.
Variations in Experience with Testing Process
Authors reported varying experiences with the testing process. Some had to wait for an extended period of time, while others were able to get tested quickly. One author noted that the facility was well-organized and staff was courteous, but others reported frustrations with long lines and lack of mask-wearing staff.
