Our innovative system allows us to provide Sellers with better negotiating room, more money at closing, and the option to pay a higher Selling Broker commission because they do not pay a Listing Broker commission at closing.
Our History
This visionary and entrepreneurial business model was introduced by our Broker, Christopher Ballard, and Broker/Owner, Richard Williams, in April 2000. We literally broke ground with this innovative system to provide Sellers a way to have better negotiating room, net more money at closing, and/or pay a higher Selling Broker commission because they do not pay a Listing Broker commission at closing. Clickit Realty has mastered a system to manage our Seller's listings from a marketing standpoint, allowing them to focus on selling their property.
