Our Services

At City Creek Post Acute, we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our In-House Therapy Program includes:

  • Physical Therapy (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA): Our physical therapists will assess and treat impairments in strength and function that occur as a result of injury, disease, age-related degeneration, or environmental factors.
  • Occupational Therapy (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA): Our occupational therapists will assess the impact that a decline in function has on a patient's ability to participate in their life by performing everyday tasks such as dressing and bathing, or being able to return to work or engage in previous hobbies.
  • Speech Therapy and Language Pathology: Our speech therapists will assess the language, cognition, and swallowing dysfunctions of our patients and work with them to improve their communication skills and swallow safely.

Specialized Programs

In addition to our in-house therapy services, we offer specialized programs to address specific needs, including:

  • Wound Care and Healing: Our therapists are trained to provide wound care and healing services to patients with chronic wounds.
  • Neurological Conditions: Our therapists are trained to work with patients who have neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and stroke.
  • Electrical Stimulation for Swallowing Dysfunction: Our therapists use electrical stimulation to help patients improve their swallowing function.
