Office Communication and Staff Issues
Patients have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the office staff, with long hold times and no option to leave a voicemail. Front desk staff have been described as unhelpful, eating food, and talking on their cells while ignoring patients.
Medical Concerns and Misdiagnosis
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about medical treatment, including a patient who was given a shot that resulted in severe vomiting and hospitalization, while another patient was misdiagnosed with a fungus that was left untreated for a year. Another patient was given contradicting information about their health, including being told to stop certain medications and then being prescribed continuation of those same medications.
