Food Quality Issues
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the quality of food at this restaurant. Roberto Eugenio mentioned that the crispy fish had more batter than fish, making it like eating fish chips. Tony Huynh was upset about the bland and oddly textured fried rice and chow mein, and Bernard Yen found the General Tso's chicken to be tough and dry. Steve Noll's family voted to go elsewhere after being dissatisfied with the cold and dry lemon chicken.
Service Issues
Some reviewers experienced poor service. Mariano Quinata Jr. mentioned that the cashier was rude and didn't provide utensils, and Roberto Eugenio was unhappy with the change in the preparation of the crispy fish. Steve Noll was also unhappy with the take-out service, mentioning that the food was allowed to sit on the counter for too long, making it cold.
