Hotel Experience
The hotel experience was marred by issues with billing, valet parking, and room conditions.
Billing Issues
One guest was charged $172 in additional fees, including $100 that was supposed to be a hold on their card, without being informed about these charges upon arrival. They were told that the $100 would be refunded, but it took over a month to resolve the issue. Another guest was charged twice for their room and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes before being told to wait another 24-48 hours for billing to resolve the issue.
Valet Parking Issues
One guest had a confrontational experience with the valet parking service, who demanded their keys and threatened to have their car towed if they didn't hand them over. This interaction set the tone for a negative experience at the hotel.
Room Conditions
