Our Doctors and Team
Our team of doctors are highly skilled and dedicated to providing you with the best possible care. Our doctors are actively involved in the dental community, working with organizations such as the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), Oregon Dental Association (ODA), and the American Dental Association (ADA) to promote ethical values and high-quality care in dentistry.
Dr. Kenneth L. Chung, DDS, MPH
Dr. Chung has been a clinician since 1986 and founded ComfortCare Dental in 1995. With over 30 years of experience, he has dedicated himself to caring for the long-term health of his patients. Dr. Chung is known for his warm and compassionate manner, as well as his meticulous attention to detail. He is a fluent speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin and is happily married with two grown children, two grandchildren, and an adopted cat.
Dr. Fred A. Bremner, DMD, Periodontics
Dr. Bremner has had a specialty practice in Periodontics for the past 45 years. After graduating from the University of Oregon Dental School in 1964, he served in the US Air Force Dental Corp at Clark Air Base in the Republic of the Philippines. For 10 years, Dr. Bremner was Associate Professor in Periodontics at OHSU, and has mentored multiple Perio Study Clubs over the years. He has served in leadership roles in the American Association of Dental Editors, Oregon Society of Periodontics, Clackamas County Dental Society, and Oregon Dental Association. Dr. Bremner's personal purpose is "Serving to Encourage Excellence in Dentistry" (SEED). He is a native-born Oregonian and enjoys backpacking and wildflower photography.
Dr. Bermen Wong, DDS
Dr. Wong grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and received his bachelor's in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He then attended the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, graduating in 2016. Since moving to the Portland area, Dr. Wong has adopted a cat named Al and seeks to serve the community as he would his own family, with compassion, comfort, and integrity.
