My approach to therapy is centered around mindfulness, a philosophy that encourages a non-judgmental and accepting focus on emotions, thoughts, and sensations in the present moment. I believe that each client or couple has a unique set of issues and responds more effectively when treatment is tailored to their needs. I strive to provide a safe environment for all clients, respect for their personal values, and unconditional positive regard.

Our Services

I provide on-line/telehealth psychological counseling in Albuquerque and all areas in New Mexico to adults and couples. My services are tailored to clients' needs and cover a range of issues, including adult attachment issues, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief and loss, life changes, life dissatisfaction, marital issues, personal growth, personal relationships, PTSD, self-esteem, stress management, trauma, and women's concerns.

Using a mindfulness approach, I employ various treatment orientations, including attachment-based, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), existential, humanistic, person-centered, and psychodynamic. I also work with couples, employing techniques of emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help them rebuild and improve their relationship.
