Communication Issues
The week before the wedding, a couple experienced a stressful and frustrating situation when booking a makeup artist, Delish. Initially, they were told the owner, Heather, was available for their standard package, but just days before the wedding, they were asked to upgrade to a more expensive package due to another bride's interest in the owner. This led to a hectic and emotional moment for the couple, with the wife breaking down in tears. The makeup artist arrived at their hotel room late, and they were also charged an additional $30 for parking. The couple expressed disappointment and frustration with Delish's communication and transparency.
