Location and Proximity
One reviewer, Frank Kroger, mentioned that the apartments are located next to the railroad tracks, which can be a convenient location for some residents.
Space and Parking
However, Kaitlyn Kenderdine had a negative experience with the space and parking at the apartments. She found the apartments to be small for the price, and the parking lot was tiny. The assigned parking space was also a problem, as neighbors would door ding her car, leaving scratches and marks. Additionally, visitors would park behind her car, making it difficult to back out of her space.
Communication and Leasing Office
Kaitlyn also had issues with the leasing office, stating that they did not respond to her calls or emails, and there was no physical office to visit to get answers. This made it difficult for her to provide notice of her intention to vacate the apartment.
