Our Team
Our team is led by principals Ralph Kowalczyk and Rami Issac, both of whom have years of experience in the architecture and design industry. Inconsistent Communication
It seems that Mariyam Mandliwala had a poor experience with the company, specifically with the hiring process. The company expected her to relocate to NYC before confirming the job offer, which seemed unreasonable to her considering she was willing to relocate to any city based on the opportunity. Mariyam was told to move to NYC first and then apply for jobs, which didn't make sense to her.
When she tried to discuss her concerns about relocating, she was met with rudeness and told not to send any further emails about the matter. It seems that the company was not considerate of her needs and expectations, and the communication was inconsistent and unhelpful.
Lack of Flexibility
The company's inflexibility in accommodating Mariyam's concerns about relocating suggests that they may not be willing to compromise or work with candidates who have different circumstances. This lack of flexibility can lead to a negative experience for job applicants and may harm the company's reputation.
