Appointments and Wait Times
Several reviewers had issues with the wait times and booking appointments at Baptist and JOI. Elton Harris and Andrea Gotera both gave the clinic 1-star reviews, citing long wait times. Elton waited for 15 minutes after arriving early for his appointment, while Andrea and her husband waited for over 3 hours to see Dr. Bruce Steinberf.
