Mixed Reviews for Medi-Spa Services
Unsatisfactory Experience with Lip Flip
Several customers express their disappointment with the medi-spa's services, particularly with the lip flip procedure. S.B. and Marisa Calabrese both reported feeling rushed during their appointments, and Marisa was left with bruised lips and no noticeable improvement after the procedure. S.B. was also left with an uneven result and felt that the office lacked communication and follow-up.
Concerns with Service and Communication
Dj Dee had two negative experiences with Sadie, including a steroid injection that left her with an indented scar. Marisa was unhappy with the lack of communication from the office after her procedure, and S.B. was left waiting for a call or email that never came. These issues suggest a need for improvement in customer service and communication.

Gillian Cannon and Jennifer Parker both had positive experiences with their laser hair removal and Botox procedures, respectively.
