Our Programs

  • Nail Technology: Our Nail Technology program covers all aspects of nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail application.

Unprofessionalism and Disappointment

Several reviewers expressed frustration and disappointment with their experiences at IBS School of Cosmetology and Massage. Elanette Yehuda was upset about a last-minute price increase and felt disrespected by the lack of grandfathering for existing appointments. Rocio Dellarroquelle had two appointments canceled on her, and on the third attempt, the student was 30 minutes late and complained about having to give her a haircut. Juliann Akers had her appointment canceled 20 minutes prior, and when she showed up for the rescheduled appointment, she wasn't on the schedule. Jelena Runjaic spent 7 hours at the school and ended up with purple hair instead of the caramel color she requested. Lina Rogers and Pamela Pearce (in both of her reviews) reported poor experiences with hair coloring, with Rogers stating that she had to pay $150 to fix the mistake elsewhere.
