Poor Management and Lack of Tenant Support
The reviews suggest that Tower Realty Management has failed to provide adequate support to tenants, particularly in situations where roommates are not paying rent or are being violent. Two authors, Luis Garcia and Eddy Arias, share similar experiences where they received little help from the leasing office to resolve issues with their roommates.
