Negative Experiences at Baker Hill Dental
Aggressive and Unprofessional Treatment
The author, Al, had a horrific experience at Baker Hill Dental. Dr. Haq performed an aggressive cleaning, causing damage to the filling in their molar, resulting in a costly root canal and crown. The doctor was unprofessional, speaking to the patient in an attitude and refusing to stop the procedure despite the patient's discomfort.
Poor Communication and Hygiene
The author also criticized the office for failing to contact them to discuss their medical history before the treatment. This lack of communication led to Dr. Haq prescribing an antibiotic without properly considering the patient's needs.

Tara Kwarta had a poor experience with Dr. Peterson. She had to wait two hours to get a referral, which was unnecessary. The doctor barely examined her and prescribed unsuitable antibiotics. The staff was unresponsive, and Dr. Peterson refused to accept her case, leaving her to suffer from an untreated infection.
