Staff and Service
The staff at BCRAH are described as kind and helpful, making the experience comfortable for both pets and pet owners. Some reviewers have reported issues with the grooming and resort department, including rudeness and lack of TLC.
Communication Issues
There have been multiple instances of poor communication, including failed promises to send receipts and ignore changes to client billing. One reviewer even reported being told that it was Texas state law that prohibited return of medication, which they disputed.
Overcharging
