Our Story
Rising up against the establishment, Hinterland was hell-bent on putting its mark on the craft brewing movement of the 90's. Underfunded, outmanned, and ill-equipped from the start, we forged our way, bloodied but unbowed! 29 years later, we offer you a chance to taste where it all began. From our Pub Draught, one of the first craft nitro pale ales, to our Jamaican Jerk wings with orange marmalade and jicama coconut-citrus slaw, we're committed to inspiring you to taste beyond your boundaries.
