Many praise the hospital's courteous and compassionate staff, including doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. One reviewer, Sherry Seeh, commended the hospital's ER staff for their kindness and patience, particularly Christian at check-in, who was "caring of our situation and his follow-through during the time we were there was so appreciated."
Challenges and Negatives
However, not all reviews are positive. Genna K. had a disappointing experience at the ER, where they were "mocked" by an RN for coming in with symptoms. The RN failed to check on them and instead chatted with colleagues about personal matters. Genna strongly advises against seeking care at this hospital.
