Our tight-knit team represents decades of combined experience in real estate development. We are professional and personable, executing on real estate acquisitions, development, restoration and renovation, property management, asset management, research, interior design, marketing, and sales for each of our projects. Meet Our Founders

Greg Hills, our founder and partner, began his career in real estate in 1979. With a background in acquisitions, development, restoration/renovation, management, design, and disposition of multi-family, condominiums, shopping centers, land development, and historic preservation projects, Greg has specialized in all aspects of real estate development. Under his guidance and direction, Austin Lawrence Partners has been recognized for outstanding work and positive impact on communities, with many neighborhoods improved and buildings designated as landmarks.
