Maertens and Severin Brenny, our company has since grown into a trusted general contractor and construction management firm, with a reputation for excellence, safety, and transparency.

Our Story

Our journey began in 1980, when Joe Maertens and Severin Brenny started the company from their homes. As the company grew, we moved into our own offices, taking on larger and more complex projects. In 2006, John Hoffman and Scott Chapman became co-owners with Joe Maertens, and in 2016, John and Scott acquired total ownership. With their combined 45 years of experience in the construction industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional results, and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Our Team

Our team is led by two co-owners, John Hoffman and Scott Chapman. John, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Scott, a Navy Construction Battalion "Seabee, " has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project.
