Negative: Poor communication and failure to deliver on promises

Disappointing Experience

The reviewer, Tysa Ann, had a frustrating experience with scheduling an appointment. Despite numerous attempts to schedule an appointment, she was continuously met with rescheduling and lack of communication from the provider. Initially, her appointment was rescheduled from January to February, but on the day of the appointment, she received a voice-mail stating that the provider needed to reschedule due to a personal emergency. Unfortunately, this appointment was never rescheduled, and the reviewer had to wait over a month before reaching out to the provider to inform them that she would be seeking help elsewhere. What's more appalling is that she received no apology for the poor communication and no explanation for the unfulfilled promise of rescheduling.

Communication Breakdown

The reviewer's experience highlights the importance of effective communication in providing quality service. In this case, the lack of communication led to frustration and disappointment. This reluctance to communicate can lead to lost trust and a lack of confidence in the provider's ability to deliver on their promises.
