With over 42 years of experience as a State Farm Agent in Fort Lauderdale, Chuck Forum has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and expert insurance guidance. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Chuck is a lifetime resident of Southeast Fort Lauderdale and is proud to serve his community. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is also a Past Commodore of the Lauderdale Yacht Club.
