Our dentists, Dr. Tammy Mandarino and Dr. Debbie M., have many years of experience in providing high-quality dental care. Our hygienists and assistants are highly trained and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of our office operations. We strive to make our patients feel welcome and comfortable in our office. Our office is located at 696 Janesville St. Oregon, WI 53575-1605, and our hours are Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. We will file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards for payment. If you have any questions about insurance or billing, please give us a call.
