Dr. Lewis is identified as an incompetent doctor by Amanda Sanders, who posted a 1-star review. She shares a photo of her foot after Dr. Lewis fixed it, indicating a poor outcome. Sanders warns other patients to avoid Dr. Lewis and says that her patient's condition was a result of Dr. Lewis's work.
